A metropolitan police department needed one uniform emblem that looked sharp on formal dress shirts yet survived daily patrol wear — one badge, two very different jobs.
How we built it
We laser-cut the emblem from flexible PU with a soft-touch matte finish and matched five department colors to exact Pantone references. A hook-and-loop backing lets officers move it between garments in seconds, and the flexible body bends with the fabric instead of cracking.
The result
3,000 units shipped 15 days from art approval with zero rejects — and the badges outlasted the shirts they were issued with.
