A private security firm rolling out a new field uniform needed a badge that looked authoritative but survived rough duty — no cracked edges, no faded colors after months of wear and washing.
How we built it
We laser-cut the badge from flexible PU with a subdued, low-glare finish, matched three colors to the firm’s brand, and added a hook-and-loop backing so officers could move it across jackets and plate carriers in seconds. The flexible body bends with the gear instead of snapping.
The result
5,000 badges shipped in 16 days from art approval, every unit passing a pull-and-flex QC check — and the low-glare finish held up through a full season of field use.
