A luxury automotive accessories brand needed a metal badge that matched the fit and finish of the vehicles it would sit on — flawless plating, precise edges, and a deep, jewel-like enamel.
How we built it
We CNC-tooled the emblem for a crisp, multi-level relief, die-struck it in zinc alloy, and applied a mirror-chrome plating with hard enamel color fill polished flush to the metal. A 3M automotive-grade adhesive backing ensured a clean, permanent mount.
The result
2,000 badges delivered in 18 days, each passing a salt-spray corrosion test — the finish matched the brand’s showroom standard.
