An outdoor gear brand wanted a branded keyring tough enough to live on a backpack — waterproof, fade-proof, and impossible to snap in cold weather.
How we built it
We molded the tag from soft PVC rubber in a 3D relief, matched four brand colors, and paired it with a stainless split ring rated for daily load. The flexible body takes drops, mud, and sub-zero cold without cracking.
The result
10,000 keyrings shipped in 15 days — a low-cost, high-visibility giveaway that survived a full season of trail testing.
